Rio is a personal family organizer app published by Qorritax. It is designed for private, personal use. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
Rio stores the information you enter in the app — calendar events, habit logs, food logs, client and revenue records, and manual finance entries. This data is saved on your device and backed up to a private database (hosted on Supabase) controlled by the app's owner. It is not shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any third party.
If you choose to link a bank account, the connection is made through Plaid, a regulated financial data network. Rio receives read-only access to account balances and transactions. Rio never sees or stores your banking username or password — credentials are entered directly with Plaid or your bank. Bank access tokens are stored server-side and never on the device. Rio cannot move money or make changes to your accounts.
Camera/photo access is used only to attach photos to your own food log entries. Notifications are local reminders for calendar events you create; they can be turned off in the app or in iOS Settings.
You can delete any entry in the app, disconnect linked banks at any time (which deletes their data from the backup database), or request full deletion of all stored data by contacting the address below.
