Career Story
I started my career at Plante Moran and was hired directly out of college as the first international tax hire in that group. I was trained by partners and worked frontline on inbound and outbound international tax engagements, treaty-sensitive compliance, and complex reporting tied to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act transition period.
After seven years, I moved to Grant Thornton to scale into larger corporate complexity and multinational structures. That role sharpened execution in higher-volume cross-border environments and reinforced disciplined technical standards.
I then moved to Dean Dorton for two years to deepen support for small and mid-sized businesses. That step was intentional. I wanted to combine international depth with full-service tax work for real operating companies and families.
From there, I founded Qorri Tax. The mission is simple: deliver big-firm technical quality with direct founder-led service, accountability, and communication.
